FAQ

  1. What’s the difference between a Giclée print and a regular art print?

    • Giclée prints are crafted using advanced printing techniques on thick, watercolor-like paper with a smooth matte finish, capturing the look and feel of the original artwork with exceptional quality, longevity, and value. Regular prints, on the other hand, are produced on Fujifilm paper with a glossy, photograph-like finish, making them a great budget-friendly option for enjoying your favorite artwork.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?

    • Yes, I ship worldwide! Please ensure that your address is accurate at checkout, as it’s used directly for the shipping label.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

    • I accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and financing options like Klarna and Afterpay, allowing you to pay in installments for added flexibility.

  4. What if my print arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?

    • If your print arrives damaged or gets lost (which can sometimes occur with international orders), I’m happy to send a replacement at no additional cost! Be sure your shipping information is correct for smooth re-delivery.

  5. How long does it take for my artwork to arrive?

    • For processing, allow up to one week from purchase for packing and preparation.

      • Domestic (US) orders: Shipped via Standard Shipping, typically arriving within 3–6 days.

      • International orders: Shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, taking 8–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

  6. Do you offer framing for the prints?

    • Currently, prints are sold unframed to allow you to choose framing that best matches your style and decor. However, I’m happy to provide recommendations for framing options upon request.
